I’ve created these workouts for women at a general fitness level, they are standard fundamental movements which are perfect for beginners and can be progressed by simply increasing your weights!
For those of you just starting out, I recommend starting with 8 or 10lbs dumbbells and gradually move your way up.

1 circuit, 6 exercises, 10 Reps, 3 Rounds
▪️ Overhead Press Jacks
▪️ Curl to Press
▪️ Side lunge to press
▪️ Bent Over Rows
▪️ Overhead Tricep Extension
▪️ Front raise
