Sweat at Home with Denise: Full Body Kettlebell Workout

Its no secret that Kettlebells are my most favourite piece of equipment. If you’ve been following you will have quickly learned that I use kettlebells as part of my daily workouts most of the time. In some form or another, I add it in, which is why I am so excited to be able to provide you guys with this easy to learn 30 minute full body kettlebell workout!


The Kettlebells functional training is great for conditioning as it develops both your cardio respiratory and muscular endurance, while burning unto 20 calories per minute. Pretty impressive right?  It’s the reason why I add kettlebell movements to my workouts daily!


The best part is, they are one of the most inexpensive equipments you can purchase, so if you are looking to invest in some home equipment I always suggest starting off with Kettlebells! Kettlebells are available in both cast iron and rubber coated, my preference and the one I’m using in the vide is the V03 Rubber coated kettle available at Spartan Fitness Equipment  It really comes down to your preference of how it feels.

1 Circuit, 5 Movements, 20 Reps, 4 rounds:

  1. Kettlebell Swings
  2. Goblet Squats
  3. Swing to goblet Squats
  4. Single Arm swing to shoulder press
  5. Single Arm Swings
