To get you started, I’m sharing one of my favorite smoothie recipes!!!
The Green Goddess Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh Mango
- Handfull of fresh Spinach
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop Progressive Collagen
- 1 scoop Progressive VegeGreens
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant based).
